I was hesitant to go here because of the bad reviews but honestly think they did a great job cleaning my car. Paid 48 lv for the inside and outside. Only reason why I’m not giving 5 stars is because I had to wait 15 mins longer than the time I was given to pick up my car.
The atmosphere of the cleaners was also good, they were having fun :)

This is the worst car wash I have visited in my 15+ years of car ownership experience.
They had all the stuff piled in the armrest including barrier cards and I had trouble finding them before entering the apartment complex. The quality of the wash is horrible. In the trunk all the stuff was in bags, but no, they vacuumed only where there were no bags without even taking the bags out of the trunk, let alone the mat.
Yes, one of my cars is not expensive, but with this attitude I will never trust them with my second car. Categorically not recommended!

I left my car in carwash at this place. They said that the car will be ready after two hour and a half. After this time I went to take my car but the car was still durty. The people who work there were very surprised when I said I want to take my dirty car from them. They said it is impossible and I wanted to go with them to the car to see.
They told me they can wash it for 40 minutes. But I didn't want to stay and loose any more time. They had enough time to do their job. I will not go there to wash my car anymore.

I took my car for tire change and a car wash. Neither was done as it should have been. After the wash the cars still had some dry leaves on it and some dirty water on the windows. About the tire change: I took in winter tires with metal rims and the needed bolts. I realized something was off when the car was shaking on the road after I left the place. They had used the bolts from the aluminum rims (which are different in size)!!! Very unhappy! I took the car to another place to have this fixed since I do not want anything else to do with Margel.

Giving a tip in advance is always worth see your car perfectly cleaned. Still you need to agree on all the services as well because you may need to pay extra for some of them.
Written order is the best, so if you have special requirements (as I do, e.g. to clean up the leather or door mechanisms) better write it in a paper and leave it with the tip in the car.
