Very efficient and professional, you can book your appointment online and they just follow up with reminders via text. Once you get there you can watch their people changing your tires on camera in an upstairs lounge. The whole experience has been super convenient and professional

One of the most well-known tire shops in Sofia. They've got a sleek new building with a large showroom where you buy your tires and book your tire change. You then give your car key to one of the guys, and you head to the cafe upstairs, where you can observe your car being serviced on the real-time cam feeds. I was really impressed by the level of service.
I went there in December for a tire change, it was very quiet and the tire change happened fast (about 30mins). The mechanics were able to find the key for the secret bolt on their own.
On the downside,
- some of the sales staff were a bit 'cold'. I went there for a consultation and advice on what kind of tires to get, whereas the sales guy just wanted to be done as quickly as possible with me. The mechanics were pretty cool and relaxed, I liked them better;
- I had to do back for a fix, because they'd placed one of the rims in such a fashion that I couldn't reach the valve and hence couldn't pump my tire.

Hi! I was here 04.11.2023 15:00. Everything was fine besides appeared deep scratches on one of my 2,5-months-old summer rims. I think Primex should repair these scratches.
UPD: 11.11.2023 15:40 I was at Primex on Okolovrysten pyt 39 about appeared deep scratches on my summer rim after changing wheels by you 04.11.2023 and your employer promised me to check and send video at Monday, 13.11.2023 of changing my wheels. But today is 17th of November and still there is no video from you and no call from you about repairing these scratches. I'm very disappointed!

Top quality service, took an appointment and changed my winter tyres with the summer ones suggested by Primex staff. If you need specific tyres it is highly recommended to make an order in advance, since not all the tyres advertised on the website will be available. Recommended.

Very polite guys. The work is well done as far as I understand the matter. The bad thing is that the procedure takes too much time. While the car was in a lot of the workers were idling around smoking or chatting. Probably less smoking/chatting time will result in quicker service.
