Primex is one of the best tire service services in Sofia. Everyone, from clerks to tire people are very considerate and kind. You get to wait in a clean, cozy environment with couches, chairs and tables, and it's very well organized in terms of a simple tire change. Wow!

After visiting Primex, I don’t want to go to another place. Starting from the excellent service over the phone when I called to reserve hour, the organization at the place, everything fast, professional and great staff. This level of service is amazing! Great job and keep it up!

They slod me "new" Hankook tyres with a 2+ year old DOT and charged me for nitrogen instead of Air even though I specifically requested otherwise. Very unprofessional DO NOT RECCOMEND - they are just out for you money.

The service you receive makes you feel you're not in Bulgaria - everyone is very professional and work is strictly divided - there are consultants that register your needs, then a cashier where you pay what you owe (and you get e receipt or invoice), then several workers start working on your order. The place is huge, clean and tidy, and the boys work quickly and professionally. They made a few additional checks after I shared some concerns with my back tires (which weren't for change).
Definitely recommend this place!

Clean, well organized process and variety of tires and rims. It has nice spacious parking and a place to have a drink or small snack while waiting for your car to get serviced.
