Choice of a thousend tires. Fast service and a friendly staff all around. An all time favorite for me ! Easy access from the main road to Devnia.

Fast, efficient, English is spoken. You drive up there and in less than an hour you get all four tires fixed or replaced. Very good service!

I was looking for 2 "all season tires" and found them on their website for a reasonable price with 10+ pcs in stock. I called the Varna branch to book the tires and mounting service.
The gentleman on the phone informed me that he cannot give any information over the phone and I need to visit the branch myself.
The next business day I drove about 30 km and another gentleman in the office informed me that "the Varna branch does not have the tires I was looking for, instead they have another model (more expensive +35 leva per piece) or I will have to order my model from the Sofia branch and pay a courier to deliver them to the Varna branch and it may take 2-3 business days.
I would give them a NEGATIVE review (if possible) for their poor customer service. I will never go there again and I DO NOT RECOMMEND such services to anyone.

Bought tyres here for my Mercedes. Found very good value and exceptional service. Also speak English which is very helpful. Highly recommend.

Rude and unprofessional. They don’t answer the phone while doing absolutely nothing. The slightly overweight guy doesn’t even look at my face when consulting. I personally saw my tires arrive with the courier van, but still waited 30 min and went to ask them again to get my tires. Very slow service. Save your time and money and go to The Tire Shop near Lidl, which is what I did and the tires were quickly changed.
